I updated month 8 pictures, and added months 9 and 10 to the gallery. Don't miss the new stuff on the second page of Alex's pictures. The rest will go up there once I get time. Only a couple more months of pictures to go and I'll be up to date! Amazing.Also, special thanks go out to Jim (Pat's boyfriend) for our wonderful steak dinner tonight. Jim is like Sam the butcher , he's always bringing us fantastic meats. Tonight we ate like kings because of him. What a Monday! Thanks Super Jim.

( 3.1 / 20 )In its March issue, Health magazine surveyed fast food restaurants in America. They ranked the Top 10 and one surprise is that McDonald's makes the list.
The key to eating well at these restaurants is to look for the healthy options, like salad, soups and organic foods. Also patrons should go with reasonably sized items. But people need to be careful and stay away from unhealthy options like fries and super-size items.
The magazine's criteria was to look at uses of fats, preparation, sodium counts, organic produce and the availability of nutritional information.
The America's Top 10 Healthiest Fast Food Restaurants are:

4. Noodles and Company
5. Corner Bakery café

( 3 / 15 )Sorry, I've been very neglectful of my blog duties. The good news is that I finally got Carrie to provide me with all of the photos of Alex from the last 4 months. I'll now have to correct the orientation of all the photos, back them up, and then I can add them to the web site. To get you excited about what's to come (as I get time) I've added some new photos to Alex's 4 and 5 month galleries.
I also consolidated his first three months worth of photos into their own gallery to make navigation easier. Let me know what you think!
